Hi, I’m Keith — a recovering technologist who became obsessed with building high-performing people organizations.
I started my career as the first developer at a startup, which gave me an early understanding of systems, scalability, process design, and how technology can transform a business. But over the last 24 years, through hyper-growth, organizational transformation, and major acquisitions, I discovered something even more challenging and rewarding: building teams.
That combination of technical depth and people-first leadership has become increasingly rare — and increasingly necessary — in modern Customer Success and Customer Experience organizations.
Today, companies are navigating a massive shift. AI is reshaping how customer teams operate, how value is delivered, and how organizations scale. Many organizations are focused on the tools themselves. I’m more interested in helping companies rethink the operating model behind them: the people, processes, metrics, leadership structures, and customer journeys that determine whether transformation actually succeeds.
